The bug was still present without Project Nevada and I am fairly certain that the rest of these mods aren't capable culprits. The only other mods I have installed are Project Nevada, Powered Power Armor, Ambient Temperatures, and several others for graphics and HUD. Are you sure DUST is the cause? And are you sure that its exclusive to the Matthews Animal Husbandry Farm area? I don't see anything in the area that should be causing that. It seems to be random as some times I pass through fine and other times I'll randomly get a wait screen while walking around and I'll end up by the bunker.
